All youth programs in the Diocese of Upper South Carolina fall under the Commission on the Diocese. The Canon for Youth Ministry is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Bishop's vision for youth ministry in the Diocese and is directly responsible to him. Currently this position is held by The Rev'd L. Sue von Rautenkranz, Deacon. Assisting the Canon for Youth Ministry is the Diocesan Youth Leadership Committee (DYLC). This group of youth and adults from throughout the Diocese assist in the creation and implementation of youth events and help in setting the policies and procedures for governing them.
