A $10,000 UTO grant was awarded to the Diocese of
Upper SC to help fund a Hispanic missioner in the
Upstate. At convention Bishop
Henderson presented the official UTO certificate to the Rev. Kathryn
Tiede Hottinger, chair of Upper SC's Hispanic Ministries.
