The Bishop of Haiti, the Rt. Rev. Zache Duracin, spoke to
Convention following Friday evening's barbeque dinner, tracing
the history of Upper South Carolina's ministry in Cange, Haiti, and surrounding areas, and outlining the challenges
that Haitian politics have posed to that ministry.
